Please use the email form on our contact page to send us your booking or drop us an email at info@rjukanadventure.no. Include your name, email address and telephone number. We respond to all requests within 24 hours.

Payment
In order to confirm your booking we require a 30% deposit of the total course / guide fee. The balance of fee is due 30 days before commencement.

Bank Details

1) We rarely cancel trips due to weather conditions and instead try to offer alternative options to original trip. We reserve the right to cancel a trip if the guide or instructor considers local conditions and/or the clients abilities, to compromize with maintaining the safety for the group.

2) If a trip must be canceled due to local conditions mean that the safety of the participants can not be guaranteed, we offer an alternative activity. Our policy for refunding the paid amount, if a trip is cancelled due to weather or local conditions, is the same as for cancellations made by clients.

3) For cancellations made by clients, outside of 30 days, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the full fee. For cancellations made within 30 days of the trip / course commencement date we reserve the right to retain 75% of the full fee. Refunds are done within 60 days after the date when the trip was scheduled.
